  • Written authority required to disclose information to or receive instructions from a 3rd party
  • Matter confidentiality
  • ACCESS data integrity. Database (MIMS) cannot cross reference customers, account numbers, motor vehicle details, addresses or any other information that would identify a customer from internal information


  • Public Liability and Indemnity Insurance held
  • Agents licensed through Magistrates Court and hold a fidelity bond. Agents cannot have a criminal record.
