GOVERNANCE
- Hours of attendance (7:30am – 9:00pm Monday – Saturday) (ACCC)
- No contact Sunday or Public Holiday
- Number of unsolicited contact attempts (maximum 3 per week or 10 per month)
- Preferred initial contact at the residential address
- Written authority required to disclose information to or receive instructions from a 3rd party
- Matter confidentiality
- ACCESS data integrity. Database (MIMS) cannot cross reference customers, account numbers, motor vehicle details, addresses or any other information that would identify a customer from internal information
INSURANCE
- Public Liability and Indemnity Insurance held
- Agents licensed through Magistrates Court and hold a fidelity bond. Agents cannot have a criminal record.
